As for the family thing, I got the impression that Bennet was implying when the family got back together and that it didn't matter that their old home was as radioactive dead zone. I still think they could have Lyle turn out to be a mutant, though if there was something going on with him, wouldn't the Linderman crew have taken him back as well?

And I don't think Sylar crawled into the sewers on his on, I think someone/thing dragged him. He was shown missing while voice over about kinship, so maybe there is something going on in the sewers of NYC.
